Bury town centre, or the wider borough
Bury is south-east of Darwen. It has a market-town centre, stone and brick streets, and suburbs running toward Ramsbottom and Prestwich. People know the market. They also search the places around it as separate names.
A site should say whether you cover the town centre only or the wider borough. Ramsbottom is not a synonym for Bury, and Prestwich is not either. Leave a name off when you do not travel there.
- Decide in the first screen: town centre, or further out toward Ramsbottom and Prestwich.
- The market is a landmark people recognise. It is not a claim that you have a stall.
- Stone and brick streets are the usual setting. Do not illustrate the page with a show-home estate you do not work on.

Questions
How much does a website cost for a small business in Bury?
Starting prices stay on the published list, from £750 up to £2,500 for bespoke work. Saying you cover Ramsbottom or Prestwich does not add a Bury borough fee. Extra pages are scoped only where the place needs its own explanation.
How long does a website take in Bury?
A focused Bury site is often ready in a few weeks once you have decided whether the borough is in or out. Larger sites commonly take four to eight weeks. The market-town centre and a Prestwich suburb should not be the same paragraph twice.
Do you work in Bury?
Yes. Bury is south-east of Darwen and has its own page because the market town is searched by name. The studio does not have a pitch at the market, and it does not list a Bury street.
What is included for a Bury firm?
Copy that states the town centre, and Ramsbottom or Prestwich only if you go there. A form and a phone path that work on a mobile. Search setup is included. A borrowed review widget is not.
Who will I deal with?
Matt, from Darwen. A Bury project stays with him rather than moving to a Manchester account team. You can check the site you have, or book a call.
